Meet the baker

Ariko,
baker of two traditions.

A year of training in Italy taught her sourdough. A childhood in Japan taught her what to put on top. The result: 100% sourdough focaccia pugliese, made by hand in NW3 — and a growing collection of loaves where miso meets olive oil, and yakiimo meets sage.
